C’mon Barry. You can’t make Cindy McCain an issue because John and Cindy aren’t making her a campaign issue. When you toss your wife into the fray and she says, not once but twice in one day in the same state, that she’s never been proud of your country until now….. SHEESH man, get a clue.

And I’ve said this before: I would never have my campaign engage in a concerted effort to make Cindy McCain an issue, and I would not expect the Democratic National Committee or people who were allied with me to do it. Because essentially, spouses are civilians. They didn’t sign up for this. They’re supporting their spouse. So it took a toll.
They didn’t sign up for this……Wha.. What????
Cindy McCain barely does anything but stand next to her husband on campaign stops and Michell “My Belle” goes off on her own campaign stops……….. It sounds to me like she signed up for it dufus….
