I went through this on my blog about a month back. Tried to make several points. One, it’s a pit. No one goes there. Two, the animal population has doubled in areas where drilling is allowed. Three, Alaska wants us to drill. Four, the footprint for a drilling site is smaller than Ted Turner’s ranch. Five, it’s a pit. No one wants to go there.
