My first thought of this was not good….. We need Ryan in the House because he’s really the only person there who understands the country’s finances but as I sit and think about this I feel it’s a good thing… Ryan will energize the conservative base and as it stands right now, it’s all about getting Obama out of the White House.
Congratulations Paul!!!!
The following is a post by a friend and fellow blogger, Jessi Olson of WakeupAmerica.
Now that the election is finally over and we no longer have to see those commercials that everyone is sick of, what did we learn?
We learned that the unionistas are loud and annoying but no one is listening. We learned that the drums in the capital echo really loud. We learned that the communist party is alive and well in Wisconsin especially in Madison. We learned that teachers will bail on their students to drive many miles to protest “supposedly for their students” and then lie about calling in sick. Also we learned that voter fraud is also alive and well in the inner cities. (Can’t wait till Nov, smoke anyone?) One of my personal favorites, we learned that just because you are a democrat does not mean you have to vote democrat. “Let’s be clear”, “John Doe” “Rock star” and “collective bargaining” became household terms and some with new meaning. And we learned about personal threats to politicians such as Gov Walker and Senator Fitzgerald is an unfortunate and scary reality. These are some of the negative things we learned.
So let’s briefly learn about some of the positive things we learned. Scott Walker is a man of integrity honesty and did as he promised. We learned that Wisconsin is a state that understands what is at stake and willing to stand up for it. and its governor, who made the tough decisions. We learned that “up North” really did want the mining regulation to relax so they can create jobs and voted to show this. We learned that even liberal Obama didn’t want anything to do with this recall. We learned that tax cuts and reductions in regulation really does create job, wow shocker! “Lets be clear” this was not a race about Republicans against Democrats. It wasn’t even Scott Walker against Democrats; it was the unions against Scott Walker.
We learned that Wisconsin will live to see another day.
I have finally been able to gather my thoughts and work out a Jobs Bill that will allow for tax breaks for the greedy, job creating millionaires and billionaires AND help the low income, middle class and unemployed that REALLY want to work.
My plan is called………
Immulus Stimigration 1.0
I.S. 1.0 is a combination jobs bill and immigration reform act.
How does it work?
PHASE 1
Since all of the poor oppressed lefties out there want us to be a communist nation with NO CAPITALISM and a toilet paper shortage, we round up all of those Occupy Wall Street losers and lazy good for nothing gimme gimme gimme members of the “You Owe Me” entitlement crowd along with their SEIU pals. We give each one of them a one way ticket to the Communist love fest of a country of their choice. President Obama’s plan would cost about 450 BILLION dollars. Now the going rate for a one way ticket to Moscow is about $690.00 from Priceline.com. If you go back and use Obama’s numbers, we would be able to buy 652 MILLION tickets to Russia…. WAY MORE THAN NEEDED!!! We would also have take into account that the union folks would probably rather go to Athens, Greece to see how well the unions are working there. Those tickets are about $891.00 one way. A bit more expensive but as you can see, we have some wiggle room.
PHASE 2
After we send out our trash to their favorite Communist country, we send out an invite to those countries that supply us with the most immigrants…. say…… MEXICO. The invite will go a long with a lengthy screening process, provided by a private security company, to weed out any drug lords or gang members and more gimme gimme gimme “You Owe Me” entitlement types. If you pass the screening, you can come in to our country. We’ll give you an amount of cash that’s equal to the amount of the exiting one way air fare to get you started.
CAVEAT….. If the incoming immigrant breaks the law…… YOU’RE OUTTA HERE!!!!
You have to figure the majority of the people in this great nation are hard working folks who are trying to get by so I’m thinking we could probably get this done for under 200 BILLION. The stock market would boom and the jobs would return. I GUARANTEE THIS!!!
This is my plan. It’s one blog post long and I won’t go on a bus tour to promote it because it sells itself……
Have a nice day…….
silent E for President
2012
Brilliant commentary from The Weekly Standard’s Bill Kristol……
Having just returned from the e21 and Manhattan Institute-sponsored Conversation with Paul Ryan (very ably conducted by Paul Gigot)–and having seen Marco Rubio speak recently as well, I’ll just say this: Wouldn’t it be easier just to agree now on a Ryan-Rubio ticket, and save everyone an awful lot of time, effort, and money over the next year and a half?
I couldn’t agree more.
It’s time to take out the trash.
It’s time we send those politicians who claim to know so much about the private sector out into the private sector.
It’s time for those who cause unemployment to be unemployed.
It’s time the elected serve, not officiate.
It’s time to uphold the Constitution, not redefine it.
It’s time to start taking back our FREEDOM!!!!!
IT’S TIME TO VOTE!!!
Fred, over at Real Debate Wisconsin, has reported the passing of fellow blogger and friend Kathy Carpenter. Kathy was a Kenosha Alderwoman and a friend to all of us on the right side of the cheddarsphere. we will miss her……
Please say a little prayer for Kathy and her family.
Godspeed Kathy.
I do!
Joe Deklotz is running for State Assembly in Wisconsin’s 33rd district and he’s my choice for the job.
Here’s Joe’s platform:

Check out Joe’s interview on Wisconsin Eye.
Now you know Joe….
A check mark next to his name next Tuesday would be a good thing!!!!
If you need to know more…. Stop by Joe’s website.
From The Rebecca Kleefisch for Lt. Governor campaign…
She already has my vote.
Terry Wall has now dropped out of the running for Russ Foolsgold’s senate seat leaving the path wide open for Ron Johnson…… and the almost Dave Westlake. I’m thinking Dave’s run will be coming to an end soon too.
I wonder if Mark Neumann will learn anything from Wall???
Just askin’
Scott Walker had a few concerns about AZ’s immigration bill but he went and did something USAG Eric Holder never even thought of doing……… He read the bill. He consulted with Arizona’s officials and looked at the facts and content of the bill and decided it’s a good bill.
I don’t have a problem with this.
Do you?
Please explain…..
Today’s Op/Ed is by none other than Rush Limbaugh……. This will drive some people nutz….. Heh.
The latest liberal meme is to equate skepticism of the Obama administration with a tendency toward violence. That takes me back 15 years ago to the time President Bill Clinton accused “loud and angry voices” on the airwaves (i.e., radio talk-show hosts like me) of having incited Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh. What self-serving nonsense. Liberals are perfectly comfortable with antigovernment protest when they’re not in power.
From the halls of the Ivy League to the halls of Congress, from the antiwar protests during the Vietnam War and the war in Iraq to the anticapitalist protests during International Monetary Fund and World Bank meetings, we’re used to seeing leftist malcontents take to the streets. Sometimes they’re violent, breaking shop windows with bricks and throwing rocks at police. Sometimes there are arrests. Not all leftists are violent, of course. But most are angry. It’s in their DNA. They view the culture as corrupt and capitalism as unjust.
Now the liberals run the government and they’re using their power to implement their radical agenda. Mr. Obama and his party believe that the election of November 2008 entitled them to make permanent, “transformational” changes to our society. In just 16 months they’ve added more than $2 trillion to the national debt, essentially nationalized the health-care system, the student-loan industry, and have their sights set on draconian cap-and-trade regulations on carbon emissions and amnesty for illegal aliens.
Had President Obama campaigned on this agenda, he wouldn’t have garnered 30% of the popular vote.
Like the millions of citizens who’ve peacefully risen up and attended thousands of rallies in protest, I seek nothing more than the preservation of the social contract that undergirds our society. I do not hate the government, as the left does when it is not running it. I love this country. And because I do, I insist that the temporary inhabitants of high political office comply with the Constitution, honor our God-given unalienable rights, and respect our hard-earned private property. For this I am called seditious, among other things, by some of the very people who’ve condemned this society?
Last Fridays Limbaugh show featured the 20th anniversary of the Leukemia-Lymphoma Cure-A-Thon Show. Rush himself donated $400,000 this year and has helped raise over $25 million dollars over the 20 years of the Care-A-Thon.
What an evil, evil man…..
I’m sure the left will find something wrong with this.
Conservative columnist and blogger extraordinaire, James Wigderson, quoted me in his Freeman column last week.
It may seem like small potatoes to you but I think it’s pretty cool.
Did I spell potatoes right?????
Weber’s going to start and end earlier to make room for Glenn Beck….. EXCELLENT!!!!
Milwaukee-Glenn Beck, whose syndicated radio show draws over six million listeners on nearly 300 stations nationwide each week, has been added to the powerful lineup of talk hosts on News-Talk1130 WISN.
Beginning March 1, 2010, Beck’s show will be heard live weekdays from 8am-10am Central time. A third hour of Beck’s program will be held, and broadcast on a delayed basis each weeknight from 9pm-10pm.
In a related move, the popular “Jay Weber Show” will start one hour earlier, and will be heard weekdays from 5am-8am, also starting on March 1st.
“Glen Beck’s radio show has made great strides over the past few years”, said WISN Program Director Jerry Bott, “It was the only mega-show that wasn’t part of WISN’s lineup. When we had the chance to add Glenn, and still keep Jay Weber as the centerpiece and central focus of our morning drive offering, it seemed like a perfect fit.”
This will drive the libbies nuts!!!!!
